If not, then wait until the end of the day—packages can show as delivered while still in transit. We also believe we must take the responsibility in packing, delivering and handling quires at the highest standards.

What if the courier guy comes and I’m not at home/office. Would the product be returned?Vinod
- Courier guys usually call you before they attempt the first delivery of the products.
- Normally, there are two attempts made at delivery. You may inform someone who is available to collect the parcel (and pay cash in case of COD) on your behalf.
- If both attempts fail, the parcel is returned to Cowkart.
