I have ordered multiple items of different brands; will I receive all of them together?
Yes, you will receive it together.
Cowkart.com is an aggregator and we manage the inventory. We also believe we must take the responsibility in packing, delivering and handling quires at the highest standards.
I’m not happy with the products that I received; I want a refund.

I have received a broken product

We’re sorry; looks like our team dropped the ball here! We can fix it by reshipping the product to you. So please send a picture of the damaged product to cs@cowkart.com along with the image of damaged product. Our concerned team will get back to you at the earliest.

 I have received a wrong product

We apologize for confusion caused. Kindly email us at cs@cowkart.com along with the image of product received and we will ensure you get the product you ordered at the earliest.

 My order has not been delivered but the order status on Cowkart shows delivered.
Kindly check if someone else has received the product on behalf of you. If not, then wait until the end of the day—packages can show as delivered while still in transit.
If you are still unable to locate your item, email us on cs@cowkart.com along with your order details.
 I want to return/exchange the product I received and want a refund

We request you to go through our return policy here . If the product meets our return guidelines you can send us an email at cs@cowkart.com with your order details and we’ll resolve the issue.

 I want to change my phone number / address for my current order

We won’t be able to edit the details once the product is shipped but we will try our best to reroute your parcel. Kindly email us at cs@cowkart.com  along with changed address.

Shipments & Delivery Related

I have selected some products but I want to get them delivered sooner. Is it possible?

  • Our dedicated logistics partner delivers the orders faster either by Air or Surface.
  • Do contact our live chat executive to check the possible options we can afford to offer to get your parcel as quickly as possible.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the cart value and is shown at the time of checkout, after you’ve entered your detailed address.

What if the courier guy comes and I’m not at home/office. Would the product be returned?

  • Courier guys usually call you before they attempt the first delivery of the products.
  • Normally, there are two attempts made at delivery. You may inform someone who is available to collect the parcel (and pay cash in case of COD) on your behalf.
  • If both attempts fail, the parcel is returned to Cowkart.
