Preparation:

  • Pour 100 grams of ghee and pour an equal amount of water and start rotating and washing the ghee for one hundred times.
  • After every 100 rotations, pour away the water and continue the process for 100 times.

  • After washing the ghee for 100 times (100 turns and washing 100 times= 10000 rotations) the ghee turns into smooth white cream that can be stored and used.
